More about me

Creating things with a computer has long been a passion for me and I've been working hard to learn how to program, design and produce more interesting things. My latest endeavor was a demo called m1nt-t34 released at the Assembly '03. I created some of the graphics and composed some of the scenes. I also created some post-processing effects for the demo.

In spring 2002 I had a part in a project to create a hardware accelerated 3D complex flying game Decent on the Java platform. I was mainly responsible for network gameplay. You can learn more about the java project at the official Decent web site which is also by me.

My interests lie in intelligent computers, usability, breaking the boundaries of today, physics, science fiction, music, photography, books, philosophy, acting, movies, nature, travelling, space, martial arts and, of course, computers generally.

I had some difficulty in deciding at which university to start my studies. I chose the Helsinki University of Technology and I think HUT is a great place to be. There are many interesting people here. Moreover you can meet people from all around the world here and study foreign languages at the language institute.

My computer history is hidden here.
